OMG I was so not ready for perimenopause at age 46. I was like WTF I'm too young for hot flashes and cramps. Anyways, I'm beyond grateful that another mom introduced me to Menobliss. I've been struggling with symptoms of Perimenopause, the hot flashes and bloating have been real killers on me and my self-esteem. Took a few weeks for relief from all symptoms to kick in, but Menobliss seems to work great. I've been taking Saba's menobliss since March, at first it didn't seem to be working, but gradually, I noticed relief one by one, first my hot flashes started decreasing in frequency, my cramps and bloating decreased and started sleeping through the night again. I'm really loving Saba's Menobliss. I'm going to order my second bottle now. The first week I noticed that I was sleeping better. By the second week I started noticing improvements with my Hot Flashes. Before they were at a 8 (10 being the highest) by the 2nd week they were a 6 and by week 3 they were down to a 4. So far, its a great productand this couldn't have come out a better time. I'm several months into Perimenopause.
