OMG I was so not ready for perimenopause at age 46. I was like WTF I'm too young for hot flashes and cramps. Anyways, I'm beyond grateful that another mom introduced me to Menobliss. It took a couple of weeks to start feeling the difference, but these pills really work . I have been hot flash-free for a few weeks now, I'm sleeping better (well as well as a single mom can 🤷🏼‍♀️), I'm also not bloating like I used to. Took a few weeks for relief from all symptoms to kick in, but Menobliss seems to work great.
